The purpose of this role is to lead and manage operations service support activities in accordance with set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and cost targets for active network and IT equipment/systems at Asterix Communications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Acceptance Management: Support the acceptance management process for critical and specialized equipment/solutions in respective domains.
  2. Corrective Maintenance: Manage corrective maintenance activities for Core & Cloud infrastructure.
  3. Second-Level Support: Lead the team in second-level support (excluding IT Applications) for Core & Cloud infrastructure.
  4. Operational Change Requests: Manage operational change requests (CR) management activities in respective domains.
  5. Trouble Ticket Resolution: Ensure trouble tickets in respective domains are resolved and continuously improve workforce management practices within Infrastructure Operations.
  6. Management Information: Provide management information related to trouble ticket resolution, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement in these areas.
Requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering.

Master's degree preferred.

Experience

Industry Experience: Minimum years of experience in the telecommunications/hi-tech industry.

Managerial Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial roles in the telecommunications industry.

Expertise: Expert understanding of mission-critical telecom infrastructure from operational and maintenance technical aspects.
