Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain proficiency in the Micros POS system, including its setup and ongoing maintenance.
  • Drive and uphold exceptional customer service standards across the store.
  • Analyze operational reports to implement effective store action plans.
  • Exhibit operational flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Achieve organizational objectives related to processes and programs.
  • Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly action plans to meet all company standards.
  • Guide and support associates to ensure efficient floor operations, customer service, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
  • Supervise and manage the store's shipping and receiving operations.
  • Provide direction to associates for effective stockroom management and product flow.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards regarding product flow and shipping and receiving procedures.
Qualifications
  • Ensure accurate receipt and delivery of products within the store.
  • Execute all necessary cash register operations.
  • Oversee and authorize cash register transactions conducted by sales associates, offering assistance and training as required.
  • Collaborate with distribution centers, customer service, and accounting departments when necessary.
  • Participate in establishing and achieving objectives in key performance measures.
  • Actively contribute as a member of the hotel's internal committees.
