About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Ingram Micro, Inc. as a key member of our Business Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in devising and implementing marketing plans for our cybersecurity business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution
    • Support in planning and execution of events, trade shows, digital campaigns, promotions, and other marketing activities, including ROI management and reporting;
    • Manage activity claims, proof of execution submission to vendors, and payments follow-up;
  • Marketing Support
    • Support the Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Specialist in conducting vendor interactions;
    • Manage administrative tasks related to marketing procurement;
    • Making sure activities are well planned and completed on time;
  • Digital Marketing
    • Lead digital marketing activities, compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts;
    • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, proposals, presentations);
    • Support writing of corporate announcements and press releases;
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Monthly marketing reports and vendor claim books update;
  • Design Support
    • Responsible for coordinating with Design Team and supporting all design-related projects, from creating a designer's brief/concept to controlling and reviewing the design submissions and completion;
Requirements
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a marketing position with an international company;
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task & meet strict deadlines;
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills;
  • A fluent command of spoken & written English is a must;
  • Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint; Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus;
  • Understanding of Branding and Design guidelines;
  • Experience in content creation, press releases, writing social media posts & promoting content on social media;
  • Experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads;
  • Eloqua/Oracle automation tool or any other mailing tool is an advantage;
