- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and coordinate the activities of Account Managers and Travel Retail Sales Managers, fostering a high-performing team environment.
- Business Line Orchestration: Develop a deep understanding of various areas of expertise and ensure the effective application of the defined strategy across all business lines.
- Export Community Engagement: Drive and participate in activities within the export community, including seminars, training, conventions, and trips.
To succeed in this role, you will require a higher education background, at least 10 years of solid experience, and at least 5 years in a similar role in an export or sales department. You will be an entrepreneurial and innovative individual with excellent interpersonal skills, recognized for your negotiating and results-oriented qualities. Your ability to mobilize and manage a team, as well as your capacity to analyze and summarize, will be essential assets for success in this position.
Frequent travel is required, and fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in French is also desirable, and a third language would be an asset.
