  1. Assortment Planning: Develop and execute merchandise assortment plans for assigned categories to meet or exceed financial targets.
  2. Supplier Partnerships: Negotiate, sign, and maintain relationships with suppliers and brands to ensure effective partnerships and product availability.
  3. Product Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and brands to coordinate product launches, manage stock levels, and address any issues.
  4. Joint Business Planning: Define bold yet attainable joint business plans for managed brands and retailers.
  5. Operational Management: Run daily operations and account administration, benchmarking competitors' operations to streamline the role.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate as project manager across different teams to drive brands and retailers' success.
  7. Selling Lever Analysis: Analyze, track, and optimize daily organic selling levers such as price competitiveness, content quality, customer service, time-to-delivery, or assortment width and depth projects.
  8. Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor market trends and benchmark competitors to provide clients with insightful guidance.
