As a key member of the Caliberly team, the Brand Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution.

  1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  2. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly & annually) in line with company objectives, and provide expert advice on the best use of Sothys products and services.
  3. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
  4. Penetrate New Markets and Expand Market Share: Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand market share, and oversee account activities to ensure profitability.
