Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Greeting: Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival.
  • Luggage Assistance: Assist guests with luggage, including carrying and loading/uploading.
  • Door Management: Open and hold doors for guests, ensuring smooth entry and exit.
  • Transportation Coordination: Assist with taxi or ride-sharing services as needed.
  • Information Provision: Offer basic information about the establishment and local area.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure guest safety.
  • General Assistance: Provide additional support as needed, such as directions or recommendations.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience from a luxury hotel or upmarket establishment.
  • Hospitality qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills and a flair for customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A welcoming personality that makes every guest feel at home.
  • Excellent presentation and originality.
  • Passport valid for at least 2 years.
  • Clear medical bill.
  • Clean background check.
