Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and a proven track record of managing financial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, as well as bank statements, to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of accounting assistants and bookkeepers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:
