Job Summary

The Accommodation Attendant will be responsible for providing courteous and professional service to our clients and staff. This includes performing various tasks such as:

  1. Providing Excellent Customer Service

The Accommodation Attendant will be the first point of contact for our clients and staff, and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Managing Accommodation Operations

The Accommodation Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that all accommodation areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. This includes performing opening and closing procedures, monitoring operating supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues.

Handling Staff Enquiries

The Accommodation Attendant will be responsible for handling staff enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, and will report any staff complaints or problems to the Team Leader.

Maintaining Lost and Found Items

The Accommodation Attendant will be responsible for keeping all lost and found items in a secure manner, and will hand over any items to the Team Leader or Asst. Manager.

Assisting with Room Inspections

The Accommodation Attendant will be responsible for assisting with room inspections as and when requested.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Accommodation Attendant will need to have:

  1. At Least One Year of Experience in a Similar Position

This experience will be essential in providing the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the duties of the role.
