This HR Assistant position at Al Mulla Group offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organization's human resources strategy and operations.
Job Accountabilities:
- You will collaborate with line managers and employees to ensure seamless new employment visa applications, including gathering necessary documents.
- Visa renewals will involve verifying eligibility and obtaining NOCs from employees, following which PROs will be notified to proceed with the renewal process.
- Ongoing tasks include managing employee tickets, digitalizing personnel records, assisting with recruitment, supporting payroll, and handling other HR-related requests.
Expected Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or HR
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
