Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instrumentation Controls Engineer to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing instrumentation and controls systems for our oil and gas projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement instrumentation and controls system designs that meet project requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define plant overall controls architecture and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Own and manage I&C schedules and planning, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Responsible for production and review of models, drawings, calculations, specifications, reports, and evaluations.
  • Work closely with the design team to achieve successful model review outcomes and ensure compliance with international codes and standards.
  • Liaise with other disciplines, clients, and vendor representatives to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree in a relevant discipline (I&C or EC).
  • At least 10-12 years of experience with instrumentation in the oil and gas environment.
  • Experience in FED, detail design, and EPC projects.
  • Fully conversant in all international codes and standards.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
  • Assurance of tender and supply for all I&C equipment.
  • Thorough knowledge of DCS, ESD, F&G, and SCADA systems commonly used in major brownfield oil/gas offshore projects.
  • Participation in P&IDs, HAZOP, and SIL reviews workshops.
