Job Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, networks, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT system administration, network support, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain our network architecture and client/server technology
  • Assist with Windows Server/Desktop OS environments and perform remote troubleshooting and resolution
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for support activities and projects
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge of O365 and Azure
  • Resolve minor problems via phone or remote support and coordinate with application team to resolve issues with defined SLA
  • Maintain and enhance the existing attendance system to accurately capture attendance and report into central attendance system including coordination of development of interface from attendance system to HRMS
  • Enhance the existing CCTV system including recording across organization for safety and security purposes
  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance the existing WAN/LAN, connectivity, Firewall, Servers, Operating Systems, Anti-virus updates, definitions, and databases
  • Support end-user computing devices including desktops, laptops, printers, handheld devices etc. and related operating systems and applications including Avaya
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance and adherence across organization for IT Policies and IT security
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure successful functioning of business systems
  • Produce regular reports to management with recommendations and suggestions to improve the existing systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in IT system administration, network support, and cybersecurity
  • Windows Server/Desktop OS, Firewall, POS, CCTV, Backup Solution
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 and MS Server 2016/2012
  • Experience in maintenance, support, installation of Active Directory (cloud & op-premise) including Azure
  • Experience in NAS and Anti-virus setup and configuration
  • Knowledge of firewall setup and policy definitions
  • Expertise in network topology and setups
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
