  • Training Support: Assist the FPD Training Manager in planning and coordinating onshore/offshore training for seafarers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties related to training, including record-keeping and invoice management.
  • Cadets Management: Oversee the administration of cadets, including interviewing, deployment planning, and performance evaluation.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training-related data.
Required Skills

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in training, preferably in seafarer training, is preferred. Prior experience in training or administration coordination is also beneficial.
