Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Development: Manage the quality assurance of the curriculum, data, and assessment to ensure consistency and impact across the school.
- Leadership and Management: Ensure the quality of provision for the curriculum and use of data and assessment to drive improvement.
- CPD and Professional Development: Plan and deliver CPD to staff in areas related to curriculum, data, and assessment.
- Parental Engagement: Develop and deliver parental engagement strategies to work with key stakeholders and deliver key messages.
- School Improvement: Support the self-evaluation and school improvement process for the school in your key area.
- A certified teaching qualification at degree level such as B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of solid and demonstrable experience in Primary School in a British curriculum school.
- Experience in a similar leadership role.
- The desire to provide outstanding teaching and learning.
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents.
