Job Description:

  1. Supervise daily operations, manage production staff, and oversee facility maintenance.
  2. Collaborate with the Device Operator to perform mold modifications and optimize production processes.
  3. Implement quality control measures, ensuring high-quality standards in all products.
  4. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company regulations and promoting employee well-being.
  5. Lead a team, foster effective communication, and assess employee training needs.
  6. Manage staffing levels, monitor time and attendance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Key Performance Metrics:

  1. Achieve production targets with high-quality outputs.
  2. Optimize workforce arrangement for maximum effectiveness.
  3. Develop and implement effective training programs.
  4. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and employee discipline.
  5. Reduce changeover times through strategic planning and motivation.

Requirements: Willingness to commute or relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred).
