About Bybit:
Bybit is a leading cryptocurrency and Web3 company that seeks a highly motivated Business Manager to COO & HRBP Management Trainee to join its team. This strategic role is designed for high-potential individuals who aspire to become future leaders and HR business partners.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will assist the COO in managing daily business operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments. They will also collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and support critical functions. The successful individual will gain invaluable experience working alongside senior leadership, developing talent strategies, and contributing to transformative initiatives that define the company's future success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist COO in Business Operations: Provide oversight of business operations, ensuring efficient functioning across departments.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the COO and internal teams to achieve company objectives.
* Talent Strategy & Leadership Partnership: Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, driving growth through workforce capability and engagement.
* Employee Relations & Organizational Culture: Foster strong relationships with employees, addressing workplace challenges, and implementing company policies to cultivate a positive work environment.
* Performance Management & Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop performance management strategies that drive excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement through feedback, evaluations, and targeted development programs.
* Leadership in HR Initiatives: Play a key role in designing and implementing HR programs, including talent acquisition, employee retention strategies, career development, and succession planning, aligning HR functions with organizational needs.

Requirements:
* Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
* Proactive problem-solving mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and ability to work under pressure.
* Experience or capability in performance management, career development, and succession planning.
* Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
* Understanding of the crypto industry and centralized exchanges is an advantage.
