Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As an Early Career Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet early-career headcount goals, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Talent Sourcing and Selection: Attract, identify, screen, recruit, and manage selection processes to ensure the best fit for our organization.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Develop and deliver successful outcomes aligned with company goals, providing insights and data to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of early career programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Experience: 6+ years in a recruitment role, including 2+ years specifically dedicated to early career recruiting programs.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, excellent interpersonal and digital communication skills, and ability to travel freely within Mena, Asia, and Europe up to 30% for recruitment events.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly organized project management skills, obsessive follow-up and responsiveness, strong attention to detail, results-oriented, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Location: Currently based within the UAE.
