We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at Novotel Bogor Golf Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and high-quality cocktails, leading by example, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management
- Provide clear guidance and direction to the bar team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Lead by example in crafting innovative and high-quality cocktails that align with our brand and what our customers love.
- Train bartenders on our unique recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation standards to ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure our drinks and food are a match made in heaven.
- Conduct regular inspections of the bar area and equipment to ensure everything's running smoothly.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and register reconciliation, keeping our records spot on.
Requirements
- Experience and Skills
- Previous experience as Head Bartender with strong spirits knowledge.
- A natural people person – you're confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
- You're looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.
- You're humble and open to ideas.
