**Job Title:** Fit Out Estimator - Project Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fit Out Estimator - Project Coordinator to join our team at Caliberly. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive estimates for complex projects, as well as coordinating project activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimation and Costing: Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for fit out projects, including BOQs and tender submissions.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and the design team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Cost Management: Manage project costs, including defining cost-efficient alternatives and assessing subcontractor proposals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, including scope gaps and changes in work priorities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project engineers, and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent years of work experience.
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in estimation and costing with an interior fit out company.
  • Skills: Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance at our office. We do not offer remote work arrangements for this role.
