Aventus is seeking a Associate Director Business Performance and PMO Lead who can drive business excellence and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-million dirham budgets, leading strategic project execution, and establishing and optimizing PMO frameworks.
The successful candidate will lead the analysis of financial and operational performance, identify key trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Performance Management:
- Develop and implement robust business performance monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms across all business units.
- Lead the analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to drive business planning, forecasting, and continuous performance improvements.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Project Management Office (PMO):
- Establish, manage, and enhance the PMO function to ensure alignment of strategic projects with business objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of project governance standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Monitor the execution of key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of targeted outcomes.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and accountability across departments.
