Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Verification: Verify and reconcile all financial statements, including revenue reports, night audit reports, and journal entries.
  • Revenue Reconciliation: Ensure that daily revenues and settlements are in balance and that all revenues have been posted correctly.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and ensure that all financial reports, including the Daily Flash Report, are timely and accurate.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile all account postings, including banquet revenue postings, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial transactions.
  • Credit Card Reconciliation: Ensure that all credit card transactions are recorded correctly and payments are allocated using the corporate reconciliation template.
  • Guest Dispute Resolution: Handle guest disputes and credit card inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial auditing or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
