Roles and Responsibilities

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at LANDMARK Group, you will be responsible for managing the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all financial statements, maintaining monthly decks and other reporting requirements.

You will develop and maintain the company's annual budget and forecast, and perform regular variance analysis. Additionally, you will conduct margin analysis to identify areas for cost optimization and profitability improvement at various dimensions, including a strong emphasis on profitability analysis at various customer, hub, channel, and sales rep levels.

You will maintain the SOP and process walkthrough for RCM uncontrol, liaise with external and internal auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process, and oversee all aspects of financial compliance, including adherence to local regulations and accounting standards.

You will prepare and present management reports, providing insights into financial performance and trends. You will also coordinate with team members across locations in day-to-day operations and provide required central team support.

Key qualifications include a professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, MBA Finance or equivalent), minimum 8 years of experience in a similar finance management role, strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, and proven experience in financial reporting, FP&A, and margin analysis.

Additionally, you will have experience with audit processes and compliance requirements, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems.
