Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of international codes, standards, and recommended practices for Telecom/Telemetry systems.
  2. Supervise and manage FEED Engineers and development of FEED deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
  3. Participate in field installation, commissioning, and testing of Telecom/Telemetry systems to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  4. Review and approve engineering design activities performed by consultants, FEED Engineers, and EPC contractors for all Telecommunication/Telemetry and SCADA Systems.
  5. Ensure uniformity and standardization compatibility at optimum levels in design and engineering in all phases of the project.
  6. Evaluate tenders/bids and approve selection of equipment and systems to meet project requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. B.S. or equivalent degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering from an accredited university.
  2. Thorough knowledge of Telecom/Telemetry packages, including Telecommunication infrastructures, Transmission systems, Radio systems, Voice and Data Networking, CCTV, Public Address, Access Control, Pipeline/wellheads SCADA Systems, and Leak Detection systems.
