  • Take charge of the partnership development process:
  • Identify potential partners, create tailored ROI models, secure stakeholder approval, and close deals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new partnerships with product teams, prioritizing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Design and implement co-marketing campaigns highlighting the distinct value of each partnership.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in fintech partnerships, preferably within the broader financial services landscape.
  • Results-oriented individual capable of achieving ambitious goals without direct supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to establish trusting relationships with key partners and drive successful partnerships.
  • Ability to connect with diverse stakeholders across cultures, languages, and geographical boundaries.
  • Team player with a willingness to adapt to new responsibilities and challenges within the organization.
  • English fluency; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
