Female Financial Manager and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Manager and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Creative Match Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, including managing financial records, preparing financial documents, and reconciling bank statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and process financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Office Administration: Handle administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and providing support to the HR department.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Monitor and report on office expenses and budget variances.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management and administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
