Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial and Administrative Manager to join our team at SAS Human Capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative and fiscal obligations of the company abroad, coordinating administrative checks of subcontractors/suppliers, and cooperating in the drawing up of company budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the administrative and fiscal obligations of the company abroad, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Coordinate the administrative checks of subcontractors/suppliers relative to abroad, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  3. Cooperate in the drawing up of company budgets for branches and controlled companies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Coordinate the administrative and financial activities of the operating unit abroad, interfacing with project managers and ensuring seamless communication.
  5. Keep the general accounts in an orderly and systematic manner, in accordance with official accepted accounting principles.
  6. Check bank statements and reconcile bank accounts with bookkeeping evidence, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  7. Prepare the annual budget and all its detailed attachments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  8. Share the budget and final balance with headquarters, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  9. Ensure the correct keeping of statutory books, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  10. Check all fiscal aspects relative to direct and indirect taxes, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Requirements

  1. Financial and Administrative degree, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
  2. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  3. At least ten years' experience in a similar overseas position, with a strong track record of success.
  4. Proactive and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Ability to manage personnel, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  6. Strong Organizational Skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Must be from an Oil and Gas background, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
