Job Summary:

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team at Apostolakis Honda. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with secretarial/clerical tasks, including handling emails, faxes, and phone calls.
  • Support HR and recruiting processes by maintaining employee records and performing background checks.
  • Coordinate supply chain management and assist with task coordination.
  • Perform minor accounting and bookkeeping duties, including managing petty cash and maintaining records.
Requirements:
  • Related experience certificates required.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, disciplined individual capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
