About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Egyelec Electric Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, etc. for upper management.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an office administrator or relevant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
