Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator Professional to join our team at Capgemini. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk activities, ensuring office efficiency, and supporting team members with clerical tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage office services by organizing operations and procedures, controlling correspondences, preparing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Address employee office-related concerns and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with different departments on all office requirements.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring timely invoicing and payment.

Candidates for this position should have strong organizational and planning skills, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail.
