We are looking for an experienced Director's Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Palladium Group.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Commercial Director, including managing their calendar, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and proposals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing Administrative Support:
  • Manage the Commercial Director's calendar, meetings, and events.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, negotiations, phone calls, and business trips.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical materials.
  • Handle business correspondence and document flow.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and contractors as directed by the Commercial Director.
  • Coordinate internal work across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Construction).
  • Prepare commercial proposals, letters, and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in economics, management, or marketing.
  • Previous experience in sales or commercial activities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of business analysis and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
