Director's Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Director's Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Palladium Group.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Commercial Director, including managing their calendar, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and proposals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing Administrative Support:
- Manage the Commercial Director's calendar, meetings, and events.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, negotiations, phone calls, and business trips.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical materials.
- Handle business correspondence and document flow.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, partners, and contractors as directed by the Commercial Director.
- Coordinate internal work across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Construction).
- Prepare commercial proposals, letters, and contracts.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, management, or marketing.
- Previous experience in sales or commercial activities is preferred.
- Knowledge of business analysis and project management principles.
- Proficiency in English and Russian (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
