As a SHE-Q Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our colleagues, contractors, and customers around the world are protected and that our operations are conducted with the utmost care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain industry-leading SHE-Q standards across all projects, ensuring that all employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements.
  • Liaise effectively with a range of different people and role types, including project managers, site supervisors, and contractors.
  • Assess the safety of jobsite and workplace activities, identifying potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct and oversee safety inspections and training, ensuring that all employees and contractors are aware of and comply with safety procedures.
  • Develop and implement SHE-Q systems and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience in SHE-Q regulations and professional-level experience in SHE-Q systems, HLT equipment, and MS Office suite.
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Chinese, both verbal and written.
  • Vocational education in a technical discipline.
  • Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, and mining.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Associate degree in Health, Safety, and Environment discipline.
