Your key responsibilities will include:

  2. Innovate Recruitment: Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to meet workforce needs.
  3. Brand Excellence: Create and execute employer branding initiatives.
  4. Collaborate & Partner: Build strong partnerships with universities and recruitment agencies.
  5. Analyze & Enhance: Track KPIs to refine recruitment strategies and enhance the hiring process.
  6. Streamline Onboarding: Oversee comprehensive onboarding strategies.
  7. Ensure Compliance: Uphold legal and policy compliance in all recruitment and onboarding activities.

We're looking for a collaborative leader with a passion for talent acquisition and onboarding. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or similar and at least 8 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives, we'd love to hear from you.
