Role Overview

The Citigold Relationship Banker requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures, and systems used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based.

  1. Client Account Management: Responsible for reviewing CitiGold customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engaging with customers to validate the understanding of their needs.
  2. Review product penetration for the assigned client base, identify potential CG customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
  3. Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning.
  • Mandatory certifications required for selling financial products.
  • Ideal experience of 7 years+ within this space.
  • Previous relevant experience preferred.

The Citigold Relationship Banker must resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.
