The Flight Dispatcher will coordinate all flight operations, ensuring the safe and efficient dispatch of aircraft. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  1. Flight Plan Preparation: Develop and review flight plans in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
  2. Weather and NOTAM Analysis: Evaluate weather conditions, NOTAMs, and other relevant data to determine the best flight paths.
  3. Crew Support: Assist pilots, air traffic control, and ground personnel to ensure seamless flight operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in aviation or related field preferred.
  • Valid FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate.
  • Previous experience in flight dispatching or a related aviation role highly desirable.
