We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Emirates Flight Catering. As a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) & Onboarding team in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both external hires and internal promotions.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with TA Coordinators and Specialists to understand role requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels, and maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additionally, you will coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and liaising with hiring managers.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR or administrative roles in fast-paced environments, preferably hospitality, culinary, or aviation, is required.
