  • Overseeing office services, such as cleaning and maintenance contracts
  • Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking to meet deadlines and ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

  • Organized and resourceful with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with office software and technology
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
