  5. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and visitor logs, maintaining accurate records and confidentiality
  6. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  7. Coordinate with internal departments to address inquiries or forward issues appropriately, fostering strong relationships and effective communication
  8. Provide information and guidance about our organization's services or facilities, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for clients and visitors
  9. Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment as necessary, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace
