Deliver comprehensive administrative support services, encompassing correspondence handling, meeting coordination, schedule management, and record maintenance.
Ensure timely responses to incoming communications and emails, as well as coordinate outgoing communications effectively.
Prepare and format various documents, reports, and presentations as required by the team.
Schedule and Meeting Management :
Organize and manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences in a seamless manner.
Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare meeting agendas, and distribute minutes for effective follow-up.
Maintain up-to-date filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records.
Keep accurate records of important company documents and maintain confidentiality.

Serve as a key point of contact between departments and external parties, facilitating smooth communication.
