Your Role

As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a crucial role in achieving both individual and team sales objectives while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will assist in the execution of customer relationship management (CRM), customer experience (CX), and other essential initiatives within the store.

  • Analyze customer behavior and sales data to provide insights for business evaluations.
  • Foster client relationships through a comprehensive, multi-channel approach.
  • Offer feedback on product selections prior to purchasing.
  • Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and operational procedures.
  • Manage the click-and-collect process in accordance with service-level agreements.
  • Accurately capture customer data in line with marketing requirements.
  • Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay informed about app features and offerings.
  • Assist with in-store marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on brand social media campaigns and activities.
  • Drive sales performance within the store.
  • Support customer experience initiatives in-store.
  • Provide constructive feedback on store operations and customer interactions.

Qualifications for Success

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
