Job PurposeThe Digital Transformation Specialist will play a key role in driving digital innovation and transformation across Unilever Brazil. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital solutions that enhance business efficiency, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities- Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives
- Develop and implement digital solutions to improve business processes and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities.
- Design and implement digital solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs.
- Design and develop software applications to communicate with hardware on the site.
- Integrate pre-existing software modules together and/or with newly developed components.
- Perform upgrades on pre-existing software applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware/connectivity problems.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of various software systems.
- Offer basic troubleshooting for hardware/software affiliated with site's Digital infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal factory stakeholders within the design and implementation phase of digital transformation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a similar field.
- 0-2 years of experience in the Software Development/Manufacturing/Automation field.
- Developed fairly complex software components using any programming language.
- Experience in reading/writing/debugging object-oriented programming languages.
- Proficiency to self-learn from resources over the internet.
- Ability to Communicate/read/write in English language.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing software programs in any programming language (e.g..NET/C# or Python).
- Basic understanding of computer networks/IP Addressing/General Network hardware.
- Basic understanding of Electrical wiring/cabling.
- Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
The Digital Transformation Specialist will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives and driving business results. This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams, drive innovation, and deliver results.
