Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development Strategy
    IDentify and pursue new business opportunities in the aftersales market, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to propose actionable insights.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
    Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell aftersales products and services, while prospecting and onboarding new clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    Partner with technical, operations, and marketing teams to design competitive aftersales packages, providing input on pricing, promotions, and service enhancements to meet customer demands.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting
    Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for aftersales products and services.
