Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, and delivery information.
2. Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services. Assist in managing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain to ensure product availability. Communicate with relevant stakeholders to manage stock levels and prevent shortages.
