Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. MEP Coordination: Coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, and engineers to ensure that all MEP activities are carried out in accordance with the project requirements and contract specifications.
  2. Site Monitoring: Regularly visit project sites to monitor MEP works, materials, and samples, and ensure that they comply with the project specifications and regulations.
  3. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of MEP activities, including shop drawings, material certifications, and test reports.
  4. Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and clients, to ensure that all parties are informed of progress and any issues that may arise.
  5. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP works, and provide solutions to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  6. Quality Control: Ensure that all MEP works are carried out to the required quality standards, and that all necessary quality control measures are in place.
  7. Project Close-Out: Coordinate the production of as-built drawings and ensure that they are delivered to the client as per the contract requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Graduate in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of GCC construction experience and 3 years of high-rise towers experience with developers in Dubai specifically.
  2. Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of UAE regulations, shop drawings, and DEWA standards.
  3. Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular site visits and travel to project locations.
