Job Description

The Senior E-Commerce Transport and Last Mile Analyst plays a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient last mile operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Time Management: Manage lead time figures from the order dispatch stage until the final delivery to the customer.
  • Price Verification: Verify that offered prices align with market standards through simulation studies.
  • Promotional Calendar Maintenance: Maintain the promotional calendar for each country/brand to monitor demand increases and prevent backlogs.
  • Suppliers Collaboration: Collaborate with local and international suppliers to oversee the consumables fulfillment process and maintain optimal stock availability.
  • Project Execution: Execute online projects for new brands and integration projects for new service providers.
  • Service Provider Integration: Integrate new last-mile providers with our existing systems.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of last-mile providers, assessing metrics such as delivery times, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service-level agreements.
  • E-Commerce Support: Support daily e-commerce last mile activities, ensuring adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and resolve any schedule and resource conflicts that may arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in E-Commerce and Last Mile Operations, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
