Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and financial reports to inform business decisions
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management to optimize financial performance
  • Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees
  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the highest level of expertise and efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, banks, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws, maintaining a strong control environment and risk management framework
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for business decision-making, driving strategic growth and development
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team and board of directors, providing clear and actionable recommendations for business improvement

Qualifications:

  • CA/ACCA Qualified
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology, telecom, or construction company
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices, with a deep understanding of financial analysis and budgeting
  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
