  • Act as secretary for the DIB Board, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Accountabilities Include:**

  • Performing additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in reputed law firms, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations.
  • Experience working with top-level management/board of directors, providing expert advice to support business decisions.
  • Experience handling complex banking contracts/agreements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience liaising with external legal service providers (external law firms), providing expert guidance to support business growth and success.

**Education:**

  • Law degree from a reputable university, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations.
