About the Job

Job Overview

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the operations team in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data for various initiatives. This involves managing databases, reviewing production metrics, aiding with operational documentation, maintaining pipeline records, and evaluating production efficiency. Additional tasks include handling invoices and project categorization.
  • Support operational functions effectively, demonstrating the ability to manage a demanding workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ensure the accuracy of production data and coordinate operational reporting with relevant departments and external agencies.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control of field reporting.
  • Process vendor invoices accurately.
  • Validate vendor information within the Accounts Payable System, investigate statement discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries. Collaborate with other personnel in the Administrative Department on special projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in database management skills (SQL knowledge is advantageous) and experienced with Microsoft Excel and PivotTables.
  • Familiarity with ProCount oil and gas entry software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Spotfire and GIS is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
