Leadership Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Rooms Division team and contribute to the smooth operation of our Reception.

About the Role

The Reservations Team Lead will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and efficient check-in experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Team: Lead a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service standards and increase efficiency within the Reception.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and compliant with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • A minimum of 2 years' work experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
