Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and align HR strategies with business goals to ensure HR initiatives support the overall organizational strategy.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, and address employee concerns and proactively identify factors affecting morale.
  • Performance Management: Advise on performance management processes, ensuring fair and effective evaluations, and assist in setting performance goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Organizational Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, and facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a mediator and advisor in employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
