About This Opportunity

We are excited to offer a dynamic and challenging role as Regional Director of People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business success through strategic support to hotel leadership teams and developing plans to drive growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional P&C plans to align with organizational goals.
  • Support the delivery of colleague value proposition and unique MO culture.
  • Provide guidance on creating an environment that drives operational excellence and increases productivity.
  • Develop regional P&C strategic plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, hotel and residences openings, colleague and labor relations, HR governance and succession planning.
  • Plan and formulate long to medium-term HR recruitment strategies, programs and guidelines which enables the Hotels and Residences in the region to attract and retain the highest caliber of colleagues.
  • Be an ambassador for colleague wellbeing initiatives and provide day-to-day support to People & Culture Teams.
  • Develop hotel-based P&C teams both their functional and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • You will have a proven track record of driving business success through strategic support to hotel leadership teams and developing plans to drive growth.
  • You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business success.
  • You will be a strong communicator and collaborator who can build relationships with hotel leadership teams and other stakeholders.
  • You will prioritize ongoing learning and development to stay ahead of industry trends.
